3.Shichirigahama

Shichirigahama

Shichirigahama Beach is located near Kamakura town in Kanagawa Prefecture. On a clear day, you can see both Enoshima and Mount Fuji at the same time. The dark sands of the beach are quite rich in iron ore, which makes Kamakura a center for the production of swords and knives. The name of the beach, " Shichirigahama, " means " Seven Ri Beach " in English and the word " Ri " is a measuring unit. The floor of the waters is dropping rapidly, so that the beach is not so popular with travelers, but surfers can be found any time.

4.Enoshima

Enoshima is active during the summer season, including day trippers, walkers and people who just want to escape from town. All this has made the seaside town a popular destination. However, the beaches are the main reason why a large number of people visit. These beaches are located in the mainland opposite Enoshima island. Perhaps the jewel in the beach collection is Katase Beach, consisting of Nishihama Beach in the west and Higashihama Beach in the east. 10.Hirizohama

Hirizohama

The paradise-like qualities of Hirizohama 's waters or Hirizo Beach have made this beach one of Izu 's places not to be missed. The waters offer great places for snorkelling without going to Okinawa.

11.Tatadohama

Tatadohama Beach is within easy reach of the main station.

12.Iritahama

Iritahama

With great waves and sparkling blue waters, Iritahama is a great place to stop and surf or just relax while visiting the Shimoda area.
